Fault phenomenon and judgment

2 control system detection method

(1) communication circuit

In the detection of communication failure, with a multimeter AC voltage file 250V test, in the zero line and the signal line if the voltage changes back and forth and the indoor unit communication instructions and other flashing, then the communication is normal, otherwise the communication circuit is faulty.

(2) power module

In the event of a power module failure, the first method is to measure the power module with a multimeter diode gauge. The "+" pole is connected to the U, V, W pole, or U, V, W pole and "-" For the 380-450Ω, and reverse non-conduction, otherwise the power module is faulty; the second method is to use a multimeter AC voltage file, measuring the power module to drive the compressor voltage, the voltage between any two should be 0 ~ 160V Between and equal, otherwise the power module is damaged.

(3) Reactor

In the detection of reactor, with a multimeter R X1 file to measure the winding resistance of about 1Ω.

(4) Compressor

In the detection of the compressor, with the pliers first U, V, W wire, measured between the three-phase voltage, if the three-phase voltage is the same, indicating that the compressor winding is good, otherwise the compressor winding fault.

(5) electrolytic capacitors

In the inverter air conditioner has a large capacity electrolytic capacitor, the maximum is 2000-4500uF, even if the power supply will still have residual charge, so the electrolytic capacitor first with a soldering iron, plug and other objects to fully release the residual charge. After the charge is released, use the pointer multimeter RX10K file detection, the pointer should refer to 0, and then slowly back to ∞, otherwise the electrolytic capacitor is damaged.

(6) sensors

Heated by hand or warm water, with a multimeter RX100 file to measure its resistance, to see whether its resistance changes, no change can determine the sensor damage.
